Because, why not?

Our salsa takes inspiration from ancient South American salsa recipes that used fresh, whole ingredients without adding heat in the process. We think our process ennobles the flavours of our Canadian grown tomatoes, bringing new complexities to a homogenized world. And always, made with 100% pure Himalayan pink salt.

This product can be spicy, as we use fresh jalapenos that are diced by hand. We think this process gives our salsa a lovely crunch and a bold flavour that honours traditional salsa making.
